鮎やアジの塩焼きとともに55度超えの熱燗を含むとお口の中が「骨酒」状態。

Junmai sake made from Tamasakae rice, which is highly suited for sake brewing.
It is not just a "plain dry" sake, but a "dry junmai" sake in the true sense of the word, containing not only umami and richness from the rice, but also a hint of sweetness.
When served with grilled sweetfish or horse mackerel, hot sake (over 55 degrees Celsius) will give the sake the aroma of grilled fish bones.
