「酒造りは米作り」をスローガンに、地元農家、吉原紘二さんに契約栽培をお願いした山田錦で仕込みました。
マスクメロンのような上品な香りと、マイルドな旨みと優しい甘みなおかつキレのある味わいが持ち味です。

Under the slogan "Sake brewing is rice making," this sake is brewed with Yamada-Nishiki grown under contract by a local farmer, Mr. Koji Yoshihara.

It has an elegant aroma like muskmelon, mild umami, gentle sweetness, and a crisp taste.
