お酒本来の味をそのまま味わって頂くためタンクから直詰めしました。地元農家契約栽培の酒米『山田錦』を使用した生無濾過の松の花 純米大吟醸です。繊細でたおやかなのにこの上ない吟醸香に奥深い味わいが特徴です。

It is bottled directly from the tank so that the original taste of the sake can be enjoyed as it is. This is a raw, unfiltered "Matsunohana Junmai Daiginjo" made from "Yamada-nishiki" sake rice grown under contract by local farmers. It is characterized by a delicate, gentle, yet profound taste with a superb Ginjo aroma.
