そんな古代ロマンをテーマとしたお酒で、県内産玉栄を使用した精米歩合60％の特別純米原酒。
玉栄由来の旨みとコクが味わえるお酒です。
The ancient character "Hotsumatsutae," which spells out Japanese culture believed to have been established in the Jomon period, says that the origin of sake is in Takashima City.
This sake is themed on such ancient romance, and is a special Junmai sake with a rice polishing ratio of 60%, made with Tamasakae rice produced in the prefecture.
