芳醇な味わいとやや甘口でフレッシュな味わい、心地よい「にがみ」と「キレ」が味を引き締めます。御友人と鍋物を囲んだり、年末年始の宴会、おせち料理に最適。
大ぶりのグラスにたっぶりと注ぎ、ノドを鳴らしてお召し上がりください。

More than 30 years have passed since it was first sold. This is the first new sake from Yoshida Sake Brewery, which has already become a " tradition of the New Year's holiday " in the local town of Makino.
It has a mellow, fresh, slightly sweet flavor with a pleasant bitterness and sharpness. It is ideal for a potluck with friends, a year-end or New Year's party, or a New Year's meal.
Pour it generously into a large glass and enjoy it with a slurp.
