ヨーグルトのような爽やかな酸にやさしい甘み、発酵の際に溶け込んだ炭酸ガスのピチピチした刺激がたまりません。軽く冷やしてお召し上がりください。
軽くお燗をして、大ぶりの杯やぐい飲みで召し上がると面白い楽しみ方ができます。

This nigori sake is made by filtering the same mash as Hatsushibori through a colander.
It has a refreshing acidity like yogurt, a gentle sweetness, and the stimulation of carbon dioxide gas dissolved during fermentation. Serve lightly chilled.
It can be enjoyed lightly heated and served in a large cup or a sake cup.
