"Kajiya-mura" squeezed in the winter is heat-treated and aged at room temperature for six months.
This sake will begin shipping in September, when it will begin to show its full potential as a "healing Junmai sake with a rich flavor and a gentle, soothing aroma. It is a limited-edition autumn product.
