とても繊細な味わいのひやおろし。アルコール分17度の生詰の原酒だが、アルコールの強さを感じさせないやわらかな味わい。
（当社のひやおろしは状態の良いタンクより瓶詰されるため、毎年同じ種類のひやおろしが瓶詰されるとは限らない。出荷開始時期は９月下旬。）

This Hiya-Oroshi sake has a very delicate taste. Although it is a raw, unpasteurized sake with 17% Alcohol content, it has a soft taste that does not give the impression of being strong in alcohol.
(Our Hiya-Oroshi sake is bottled from tanks in good condition, so the same type of Hiya-Oroshi sake is not always bottled every year. Shipments begin in late September.)
